Echo Investment S.A. joint stock company plans the realization of the largest shopping and recreation center in Słupsk, on which the company intends to spend approx. 200 million PLN. Echo Investment S.A. joint stock company plans to erect the largest shopping and recreation center in Słupsk on a lot covering a total surface area of 64.000 sq. meters.

It's range will reach nearly 250,000 residents. The value of the investment will total approx. 200 million PLN and will provide about 600 new jobs.

The shopping and recreation center being executed by Echo Investment will be erected in an attractive location of Słupsk – in the city center directly neighboring with the largest residential areas and by the city’s main Gdańsk – Szczecin highway. The facility will offer about 84,000 sq. meters of total surface area with over 150 shops and service points, a food and non-food hypermarket, an audio-video and household appliance supermarket as well as a house and garden hypermarket. The plans for the recreation and entertainment portion of the center include a 6-cinema multiplex, a 12-lane bowling alley and a discotheque. Numerous cafes and restaurants as well as children’s play area supplement the attractive offer of the center. A convenient parking for 1250 cars will also be available to its customers.

Echo Investment plans to commence the construction of the project for Spring of 2007. However, the company is already beginning the sales area leasing process.
