Echo Investment purchased a plot of land in Wroclaw, with an area of 6,800 square meters, where it intends to execute an investment combining a shopping, office and entertainment function. Echo Investment purchased an attractive piece of land from Społem PSS Północ in Wrocław, adjoining the land on which Pasaż Grunwaldzki is being built. The company intends to execute an investment on this area of 6,800 square meters, combining a shopping, office and entertainment function.
It is expected to complement the choice offered by Pasaż Grunwaldzki in the future, becoming an integral part of the latter.
'In view of extending the functions of Pasaż Grunwaldzki, we decided to buy a parcel neighboring our center from Społem. We intend to realize an investment on this area, combining a shopping function with office and entertainment functions’, says Krzysztof Giemza, executive director of the Department of Shopping Centers at Echo Investment S.A.
At the same time, through investment activity by Echo Investment, the operator of the grocery section in Pasaż Grunwaldzki has changed. Instead of the Piotr i Paweł superstore, PSS Społem will be introduced. Społem is going to open a delicatessen store there.
‘We have come to an agreement with the Piotr i Paweł company while terminating the lease contract. The company approached the new business situation with understanding and agreed to give up leasing an area in Pasaż Grunwaldzki. Społem PSS Północ is going to be the operator of the grocery section, intending to open a delicatessen store that will be well fitted to the character of our center’, says Krzysztof Giemza, executive director of the Department of Shopping Centers at Echo Investment S.A.
