Electrolux Poland chooses the MidPoint71 office building in Wrocław
Electrolux Poland chooses the MidPoint71 office building in Wrocław

One of the branches of Electrolux Poland, a global appliance company, is moving its headquarters to the MidPoint71 office building, developed by Echo Investment in Wrocław.

The MidPoint71 office building has delivered over 36 thousand sqm of modern space to the Wrocław office market. The building, designed by architects from Medusa Group, was built in a central location in Wrocław. The following companies are currently preparing their offices at 9 Powstańców Śląskich Street: 3M, pyszne.pl and PWC. Electrolux Poland will become one of the tenants.

“Modern office space, especially outstanding in terms of location and safe, flexible standard, still matters in business. A comfortable workplace and benefits of the surrounding area are often the crucial factors that contribute to a positive tenant's decision and a step towards signing a lease. The central location providing basic services at hand, easy access to public transport and a wide range of cultural and entertainment activities in the immediate vicinity, combined with the quality and high standard of our MidPoint71 office building have been appreciated by Electrolux Poland, which has become one of our tenants," says Michał Żelski, Echo Investment's regional director responsible for the completion of the agreement.

Electrolux Poland will occupy one floor in the MidPoint71 office building.

Colliers International represented Electrolux Poland in selecting the location and negotiating the lease agreement.
