Information on apartments sales and hand overs

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. hereby reports information on number of apartments sold and handed over by Echo Investment Group.

Development contracts and preliminary sales contracts concluded

- 406 contracts concluded in Q4 2021, compared to 464 contracts concluded in Q4 2020;

- 1 680 contracts concluded in 2021, compared to 1 570 contracts concluded in  2020.

Number of units handed over to clients

- 1 006 apartments handed over in Q4 2021, compared to 792 apartments handed over in Q4 2020;

- 1 622 apartments handed over in 2021, compared to 1 505 apartments handed over in 2020.

Apartment for rent segment results

- 1 497 apartments for rent started in 2021, compared to 310 apartments started in 2020,

- 834 apartments handed over to Resi4Rent group companies in 2021, compared to 946 apartments handed over in 2020.

The above data does not include apartments sold and handed over to customers by Archicom S.A. group, on which Echo Investment S.A. has control since 22 April 2021. The Echo Investment’s Management Board estimates that approximately 1,090 apartments handed over to clients by Archicom S.A. will be reflected in consolidated results of 2021.
