Echo Investment has gained a building permit for the Bonarka Living residential estate in Cracow. The project is being developed in close proximity to the Bonarka City Center and an over two hectare nature reserve. The first apartments will be handed over to tenants at the turn of 2021 and 2022.

The Bonarka Living estate is to be a modern architecture, well-thought-out and diversified apartment layouts and the Echo Smart apartment management system. The project is surrounded by a wide range of business premises, as well as green areas. The first building of the estate will offer 143 comfortable apartments.

The estate is located in the vicinity of the most important circulation area that enables to reach easily the center of Cracow by both public and private transport. There are bus and tram stops, a railway station and an extensive road network nearby. A short distance to the center can be covered by a new bicycle path in less than 15 minutes from 2021, and by public transport in nearly 10 minutes.

The Bonarka Living residential estate will offer its residents smart mailboxes, electric car chargers, bicycle racks or an underground garage with single-track spaces. This project, the same as developer’s other investments, will also be full of amenities and common areas, such as children's playgrounds and squares, that are designed to relax away from the city’s rush.

So far, Echo Investment has finished over ten residential projects in Kraków, including the Rydla 32 estate, the Kościuszki Apartments and Dom Pod Wilgą. More projects are in preparation.
