Resignation of the supervising person

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. (the Company) hereby reports that today the Company received a letter from Mr. Mark Abramson on his resignation from the position of a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board, including also from the positions held in the committees of the Company’s Supervisory Board. The resignation enters into force upon the closing of the ordinary general meeting of the Company for the financial year ended on 31 December 2019.
