Yet another urban part of the Lower Mokotów district has been commissioned. Echo Investment has obtained a legally binding permit for the residential buildings in the multi-functional My Place project. Soon this community will welcome its first inhabitants.

My Place is a new part of Warsaw being developed by Echo Investment, encompassing office buildings, apartments and well-designed public space. Last year, the first office building was commissioned, while a few days ago, the developer also received a permit for the use of five intimate residential buildings with 243 apartments.

“We have completed the construction works and landscaping around the buildings, and started handing the apartments over to our clients. Soon, My Place will function as an ordinary, well-designed part of the city, where people rush to work, do their daily shopping, go biking with their children or spend evenings with their neighbors on a green patio. It is a perfect place to live at your own pace,” says Dawid Wrona, Sales Director at Echo Investment. 

My Place is a good place to live. Comfortable, bright apartments in elegant buildings surrounded by green squares, with a playground, service outlets or a fitness center. The city center is within easy reach, with comfortable access by car or public transport. At the beginning of 2021, Echo Investment will complete the construction of the final part of My Place — the second office building and the remaining environment. Everything is surrounded by trees and greenery. The developer took care of the old trees and planted some new ones — also in the adjacent public areas along the extended Bobrowiecka Street.

“We are creating a fragment of the Lower Mokotów district for people who will work and live here, but also visit. My Place is an urban space that combines various social functions, teeming with life and a good vibe. That is why we have devoted a lot of time to designing it carefully, both in terms of architecture, urban planning and functionality. The main idea behind this project is that its residents, employees and guests should identify with it and know this is their place,” says Dawid Wrona.

Echo Smart solutions enhance the comfort of living at My Place. All apartments are equipped as standard with the heart of an intelligent control system, which allows designing the living space to meet the residents' expectations for comfort and safety. Clients also get (as standard, too) remote control of the lighting system, a remote-controlled network socket or a camera with alarm and motion sensor features. Other functions can be tailored according to individual needs and preferences. My Place is Echo Investment's third investment equipped with Echo Smart solutions — aside from Widoki Mokotów in Warsaw and Ogrody Graua in Wrocław.

JEMS Architekci studio is responsible for the architectural design of My Place. The whole project will be ready in 2021.
