Jarosław Bator joins Echo Investment as a Head of New Business and takes over as a Managing Director of CitySpace

At the beginning of 2020, Jarosław Bator joined Echo Investment, assuming the role of the Head of New Business. He will also strengthen the team of CitySpace, a Polish platform providing flexible office solutions, where as the Managing Director he will ensure further development of the company. From mid-2016, the owner of CitySpace is Echo Investment, Poland’s largest real estate developer with long-term experience in all the main sectors of the real estate market.

Jarosław Bator has approx. 20 years of comprehensive experience in the real estate market and in the area of consulting. Prior to joining Echo Investment, he was the managing director of Business Link. Moreover at Skanska, as the business development director, he was responsible for expanding the company's business. Previously he gained experience as a senior manager at EY Real Estate Services Group, as well as managing director and board member of the Polish State Railways where he was involved in restructuring activities and organization development. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and finished post-graduate studies at Sheffield Hallam University and Warsaw University of Technology in the field of real estate valuation. He holds the title of Property Appraiser and is a member of the Management Board of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in Poland (RICS).

In 2019 alone, CitySpace increased its managed space by 70% and opened four new offices in Wrocław, Warsaw and Cracow. In the coming months, we plan to enter the Łódź market and enhance our visibility in the cities in which we already operate. We have a lot of work ahead of us, and with Jarosław Bator joining our team, I’m sure we can strengthen our position on the market ” says Nicklas Lindberg, CEO of Echo Investment.

There are already ten offices in the CitySpace portfolio located in major Polish cities – in Warsaw, Wrocław, Gdańsk, Katowice and Cracow. The provider currently manages nearly 17 thousand sqm. with almost 1.5 thousand workplaces in the offer.
