Real property purchase agreement

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. (hereinafter as the Issuer or the Company) hereby informs that on 14 August 2019 the Company and MBP 1 spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw and MBP 2 with its registered office in Warsaw, both companies of Immofinanz group (hereinafter as the Seller), entered into the preliminary agreements for the purchase of the right of perpetual usufruct to the land and the right of ownership of the buildings being property separate from the above mentioned land, located in Warsaw at Domaniewska, Wołoska and Postępu Streets (hereinafter the Real Properties). The total area of the land purchased under the above mentioned agreements is approximately 50,000 square metres. The total net price for the Real Properties shall be at least PLN 208,000,000. The final agreements shall be executed not later than in 2020 and 2021, upon the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set out in the preliminary agreements. The agreements were classified as material based on the criterion of the Issuer’s equity.
