Monthly information on apartments sales and hand overs

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. hereby reports monthly information on number of apartments handed over and sold by Echo Investment Group.

Number of units handed over to clients  
- 9 apartments handed over in March 2019, compared to 18 apartments handed over in March 2018;
- 23 apartments handed over in 2019, compared to 71 apartments handed over in corresponding period of 2018.

Preliminary sales contracts concluded  
- 106 contracts concluded in March 2019, compared to 94 contracts concluded in March 2018;
- 351 contracts concluded in 2019, compared to 344 contracts concluded in corresponding period of 2018.
