Registration of J-series J and J2- series bonds in National Depository for Securities

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. ("Company") informs that Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (National Depository for Securities). issued a statement regarding the registration of securities in the securities depository no. 137/2019 of 18 March 2019 regarding the registration in the National Depository for Securities: 188,315 J-series bearer bonds of the Company with a nominal value of PLN 100 (one hundred zlotys) each and 150,000 J2-series bearer bonds with a nominal value of PLN 100 (one hundred zloty) each, issued on the basis of a resolution of the Company's Management Board dated 14 February 2018 and a resolution of the Company's Management Board dated 12 February 2019, with the ISIN code PLECHPS00290. The registration date was set for 20 March 2019.
