Modern, minimalist design and industrial accessories highlighting the sporty nature of the brand – one of the biggest 4F stores in the country will look like, which will soon be opened in Galeria Młociny. The store will occupy 530 square meters and will be a part of our impressive Fashion Avenue. The opening of one of the most modern retail and entertainment complexes in the country is planned for spring this year. Currently, the lease level has already exceeded 90%.
It is hard to imagine Galeria Młociny without a store belonging to 4F. The store that can be distinguished by its spaciousness, modern arrangement and excellent supply. When completing the list of tenants, we are focused on recognisable and popular brands, which will ensure a very high level of visitors to the centre. For sure this local brand designing sportswear is one of them. But we also made an effort to, apart from these engines, have shops that aspire to join this group" says Michał Banasik, senior leasing manager from Echo Investment's Retail Department.
4F is today one of the most recognisable and best promoted Polish clothing brands. It is also an example of spectacular business success in Poland showing that our home brand can successfully operate alongside global giants, as evidenced by the Olympic Winter Games in Pyongyang, where as many as six teams appeared in clothes made by 4F. For the upcoming Tokyo Games in 2020, the 4F brand will provide eight Olympic committees. Last year's debut in Asia also tells about ambitions and global expansion plans of 4F, owned by OTCF.
In the 4F store in Galeria Młociny, you will find sports clothes and accessories as well as stylish clothing (casual) and 4F PROteam line, i.e. clothing dedicated to professionals and people training as professionals. There will also be 4F Junior zone - a brand that creates clothes for children. A wall showing all models and colours of footwear available in 4F will be an important element of the store's latest location.

The 4F brand has been using the potential of showcases in communication with customers for years. Remarkable campaigns using the image of athletes such as Kamil Stoch go hand in hand with a non-standard design of showcases. The store in Galeria Młociny will have a large area to show off, as it is located on the first floor - in our Fashion Avenue - with double showcases with a spectacular height of up to 8 meters.
Currently, there are more than 200 stores under the 4F brand operating in Poland. Products of the Polish brand can be purchased in 36 countries. They are also available in over 300 sports multi-brand stores.
The 4F store will expand its offer of sportswear and accessories in Galeria Młociny. So far, the list of tenants in this category has included, among others, the following stores: GO Sport, Martes Sport.
New, multifunctional centre of Bielany
The place will combine 220 favourite stores and service outlets, comfortable offices, a medical centre, playgrounds, a fitness club, restaurants and cafes, a trampoline park and the first multiplex cinema in the district within a friendly and green area.
Galeria Młociny is distinguished by an innovative approach in the design of meeting places, entertainment and gastronomy. Its restaurant and entertainment space, which occupies the entire +2 floor and is connected with the green roof garden, has been divided into various functional zones. Architects from the renowned Broadway Malyan studio transferred the atmosphere of cosy cafes, street-food and eating out as well as outdoor dining among greenery to Warsaw’s Bielany district. This is the first concept of its kind in Poland.
Galeria Młociny is being developed right next to Młociny hub – one of the places with the best transport links in Warsaw, with direct access to the underground, numerous tram lines and bus routes, suburban and national buses, a bicycle station and a P&R car park. It is the most important transfer location for the northern part of the city and satellite towns and it is used by over 24 mln passengers every year.
Investors of Galeria Młociny are: EPP (70 pct shares) and Echo Investment (30 pct shares). The former company will manage the newly-opened complex. The latter one is fully responsible for the development and lease process.
