Monthly information on apartments sales and hand overs

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. hereby reports monthly information on number of apartments handed over and sold by Echo Investment Group.

Number of units handed over to clients  

- 9 apartments handed over in February 2019, compared to 14 apartments handed over in February 2018;
- 14 apartments handed over in 2019, compared to 53 apartments handed over in corresponding period of 2018.

Preliminary sales contracts concluded  

- 148 contracts concluded in February 2019, compared to 158 contracts concluded in February 2018;
- 241 contracts concluded in 2019, compared to 250 contracts concluded in corresponding period of 2018.

In connection with the clarification of accounting principles of the sale of apartments, especially due to the settlement of the price for extra space resulting from final measurements, the result on 15 apartments will be transferred from 2018 to 2019. As a result, the number of apartments handed over in 2018, which will be included in the result of 2018, amounts to 935.
