Publication dates of interim reports in 2019

The Management Board of ECHO INVESTMENT S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer) hereby publishes the dates of publication of interim reports in 2019:

Quarterly reports:
- the consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2019 - on 30 May 2019
- the consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2019 – on 27 November 2019

Semi-annual report:
- the consolidated report for H1 2019 - on 17 September 2019

Annual reports:
- the separate annual report for 2018 - on 21 March 2019 (Thursday)
- the consolidated annual report for 2018 - on 21 March 2019 (Thursday)

The Issuer hereby declares that in accordance with §62 (1) and (5) of the Regulation, the consolidated quarterly and semi-annual reports will respectively contain separate quarterly and semi-annual financial reports.

Legal basis:
§80 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical information published by issuers of securities and terms of recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of a non-Member State of the 29th of March 2018 (Journal of Laws 2018 no. 757).
