Determination of the amount and fulfilment of the condition of remuneration payment to FTF Columbus S.A.

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. ("the Company") hereby reports that on December 13th the Company received a statement of FTF Columbus S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("Columbus") on the waiver of Columbus" rights to purchase the perpetual usufruct of the plot located at 22 Jana Pawła II Avenue in Warsaw and the ownership of the office, retail and service building located on the plot, which is called Q22 ("Waiver Notification"). In connection with the delivery of the Waiver Notification to the Company, the remuneration, which is to be paid jointly by the Company and its subsidiary – Q22 – Projekt Echo – 128 spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością – spółka komandytowa in Kielce to Columbus, was established as a net amount of EUR 82 mln. The remuneration was calculated based on provisions of the Put Option and Profit Sharing Agreement which is described in current report no. 20/2015 of June 22nd, 2015 and was confirmed in separate contractual documentation.
