Echo Investment has acquired a building permit for Outlet Park Szczecin and is developing the the first outlet centre including an entertainment section in the West Pomeranian region.

Echo Investment is the owner of an operating shopping centre located on ul. Struga in Szczecin’s Prawobrzeże district. This is where the Outlet Park Szczecin is to be built. The new facility will have a GLA of app. 24,000 sqm and is developed in two stages.

There will be a shopping centre with an outlet section built in this stage, including 70 retail outlets, a multi-screen Helios cinema, a supermarket and an electronics shop whereas in the second stage there will be app. 60 shops developed.

“The commercialization process is progressing very smoothly, nearly 50% of the area has been leased so far. There are more negotiations pending, mostly with companies which are interested in outlets offering large areas,” says Tomasz Domoń, leasing manager at the shopping centre department of Echo Investment, who is responsible for the commercialization of the project. The commercialization is carried out in cooperation with CB Richard Ellis.

Nearly 130 tenants will present their offer of products in the Outlet Park. The first stage of the project is to be delivered to users in accordance with the schedule i.e. 1Q 2012.

The Vsf – Creative architectural studio is responsible for the architectural concept of the facility while the construction design has been prepared by STUDIO A4 from Szczecin.
