Monthly information on apartments sales and hand overs

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. hereby reports monthly information on number of apartments sold and handed over by Echo Investment Group.

Preliminary sales contracts concluded

• 99 contracts concluded in July 2019, compared to 56 contracts concluded in July 2018;
• 741 contracts concluded in 2019 so far, compared to 609 contracts concluded in corresponding period of 2018.

Number of units handed over to clients

• 60 apartments handed over in July 2019, compared to 66 apartments handed over in July 2018;
• 137 apartments handed over in 2019 so far, compared to 243 apartments handed over in corresponding period of 2018.
