Appointing the managing person

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. with its registered office in Kielce (hereinafter: the Company) reports that on March 7, 2019, the Supervisory Board of the Company, acting pursuant to § 16 para. 1 of the Articles of Association, appointed Małgorzata Turek as a member of the Management Board - for the period of joint term of office of the Management Board.

According to the statement submitted by Małgorzata Turek, she does not run any other business competitive to the Company, as well as does not participate in a competing company as a partner in a civil law partnership or other partnership or as a member of any capital company’s bodies,  or a member of a body in any other competitive legal entity and is not recorded in the Insolvent Debtors Register, kept pursuant to the Act dated 20 August 1997 on National Court Register.
