Monthly information on apartments sales and hand overs

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. hereby reports monthly information on number of apartments sold and handed over by Echo Investment Group.

Number of units handed over to clients  
- 254 apartments handed over in December 2018, compared to 98 apartments handed over in December 2017;
- 950 apartments handed over in 2018, compared to 1,019 apartments handed over in 2017.

Preliminary sales contracts concluded  
- 142 contracts concluded in December 2018, compared to 194 contracts in December 2017;
- 986 contracts concluded in 2018, compared to 1,427 contracts concluded in 2017.
